Default Freezing after hibernation.. Win XP Home SP2

After coming up from hibernation, when I try to dial a (ISDN) connection, my
laptop completely freezes.. ctrl+alt+del don't work, only hard (button)
reset.

Anyone having any idea what to do please help.

Thanks,

J-

the netsh command in SP2 can rebuild Winsock. Open the command prompt and
type:

netsh winsock reset
then press ENTER.
