Default i want to put it back

If i click start then all programs my list of programs opens. Problem
is two of them are missing from the list: accessories and
administrative tools. They are on my desk top instead. I dragged and
dropped both file folders back into the program list but it gets named
shortcut to "accessories" and shortcut to "admin...". I then try to
rename it just accessories or administrative tools and get the error
message file already exist. Am i not going about this the right way?
Also those two programs used to be in my list awhile ago and i think i
might have colapsed them by accident or something. I just want them
back where they belong.

Using Windows Explorer move them from your desktop back to
All Users\Start Menu\Programs

Thank-you BBUNNY thats worked. Using windows explorer, very easy. Now,
funny thing is...the file is moved to All Users\Start Menu\Programs but
when i go to click start, all programs for some reason they are still
not displayed in the list of progams. Why? Are they hidden or
something?
