Default Need help!!

I have been trying to download and install windows media 10. The microsoft
update site tells me I have successfully downloaded and installed it, but I
still cannot view any videos on msn or my local tv station. I have windows
xp sp1 with
Norton Antivirus, Norton Firewall, Adaware, spysweeper and spybot installed-
any suggestions what might be wrong?
Thanks in advance
Betsy
