Default Lost Winks

On a couple occasions I have had to reload 7.5. Normally there is no issue,
however, the last time I lost the winks I had purchased. My purchased
emoticons had no change. I have long since deleted the purchase pin code
since they are only good for 90 days (or something like that). Even though
it's only about $10 - 15 I would like them back if possible.
Any ideas? My eyes are burning 'cause I can't wink
