Help - How to remove sign in address from messenger 4.7
By mistake I have mistyped my e-mail address for log-in
on the Windows Messenger 4.7 .NET Messenger Service. Is there a way to remove the 'sign in E-mail address' from the Windows Messenger 4.7, which is a built in product on XP ? Appreciate any help. |

Help - How to remove sign in address from messenger 4.7
This PC is not on a regular network, rather on a home network,
and there is no one except the Administrator is the user, i.e., no one needs to logon to this PC, it is open to all. As you said, I opened the Control Panel, then went to User Accounts. On the User Accounts page all I see is Pick a Task..., and under that, 'Change an account', 'Create a new account' & 'Change my picture'. Next is 'or Pick a Control Panel icon', and on that I have 'Mail' & 'User Accounts'. As I click on 'User Accounts', it shows the 'Administrator' and the 'Guest' accounts. I don't see anywhere any entry for the Windows Messenger. "John Jay Smith" - wrote in message ...
