Default "Video doesn't contain any information"

I'm using Windows Movie Maker 2.1 and I'm trying to import a video I captured
from my JVC GR-D72 Mini-DV camera, but I keep getting an error. The error
message reads "The file C:\Documents and Settings\My Documents\Cap0001.MPG is
not valid because it does not contain any information."

I use the software that came with my JVC capture the video, which is Pixela
ImageMixer v1.7.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
