Default uninstalling quick time

i cant seem to uninstall quicktime from my pc...its doing my head in! i
really want to put itunes on but it wont let me as i have a dodgy version of
quicktime which seems to be stuck there!

this is the message i get when i try to remove it.

the following file does not exist or is not a valid uninstallation log file.
c:\WINDOWS\system32\quicktime\uninstall.log

dont know what to do?? really want itunes back and be able to watch vids on
quicktime again!

can anyone help me with this???

Reinstall Quicktime and then uninstall it.
