Default images in full quallity

Hi when i go to a web page the pictured look all blurry and jagged but when i right click it all goes away and becomes clear but when i go tooo another web page it happens all over agian so can anyone please help me out i dont want too do this everytime i go too a different web page

Are you using Internet Explorer? This happened to me when I was using
it, though a right-click did not correct it. Everything displayed fine
in Firefox 1.5.x, but in IE images were terrible. All the graphics on
the page were large and chunky, not just the photos. When I updated to
the version 7 beta and restarted IE, everything was fine. I still don't
know what caused it -- I didn't have any accessibility
features/magnifier on and didn't have it using any custom font sizes.
It's still a mystery.
