Windows Media Player does not play MMS-streams
This is a 2nd try to get help on my problem of 8/12/2006:
Windows Media Player does not render MMS streams. Why? The Error message of WMP is: Windows Media Player cannot play the file. If the file is located on the Internet, connect to the Internet. If the file is located on a removable storage card, insert the storage card. This is nonsense, becaus eI can download and render the file with a program called SDP Multimedia. An example file is: mms://stream4.orf.at/news/spain_fires.wmv Why can the Windows Media Player not render this file? |
