Default Video image is fine. I have no sound output from my laptop.

All the volume settings appear to be on at 100%, but there still is no sound.
Any suggestions?

Your post is unclear, is this a video you are viewing on your notebook or
viewing on an external monitor? Does the audio on the notebook work fine in
other circumstances?
