Default Display Glitch when switching between users

Using XP Pro and a eVga 7600GT video card. When switching between users and
having the taskbar mounted on the left side of the screen, open windows are
shifting towards the right and away from the taskbar at which appears to be a
length equal to the width of the taskbar itself. Going back and forth a few
times will shift all windows to the maximum right. Moving the taskbar
elsewhere avoids this problem. Anyone have experience or solutions to this
glitch?

Thanks in advance for any feedback

Have you checked to see if updated drivers for the video card are available?
If so, they may help!
