Default installing fax

Following instructions to install fax through Add/rRemove Windows Components
I receive an Insert Disk message which tells me to insert CD labeled
"Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2." I have SP2 but never had any such
CD.
Is there any way to install any kind of fax without this CD?
