Laptop Keyboard Hangs
I have a new Dell Vostro 1500. There were numerous freeze ups during the
first week or so. Now only rarely. Most persistant and anoying is while typing, the letters show up on the page when they feel like it. I also have a text page window appear when start-up comletes with computer gobledygook ending in the word shell and a 4 or 5 digit number. What else? It takes 2 to 4 tries to get dial up on line. I still haven't been able to navagate Dell's help site. sugestions welcome --

Dells web site insists Im not on line when I select any option. Like how did I get to the site in the first place ? thanks Joe
