Error messages on startup.
We have WinXP SP3.
On starting up the computer we get the following error messages: 1/ "Product Identification Failure" Please reinstall the Program. then we get: 2/ "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime library. Program C... This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information. then we get: 3/ "Office Settings Restorer" has encountered a problem & needs to close. Can someone please help in fixing this problem? Frank
