Default Memory dump

Whenever I am using excel or outlook my computer does a
memory dump. It says its a paging fault that has to do
with a dll file. I can't get the exact message cause it
shuts off to fast. Anyone have any suggestions as to
where I should start. I have downloaded the latest
updates and service packs and run disk defrag.

Thanks a lot everyone
