Default Cannot accept Windows updates

When the updates are selected, andt install is selected,
the EULA box is narrow, short, and has two scrollable
sections for titles and EULA text. the lower pane says
select Accept or Not Accept. the two option do not appear
in the pane however, and I can't expand the window.
Tried with 2 or 4 updates and the window is the same size.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
rlh
As far as that goes, I just realized I can't resize this
either.

Right-click on your desktop and select Properties Settings Advanced.

Under the "General tab" in Advanced Display Settings, adjust your
DPI setting to "Normal Size (96 DPI)" and click "apply".

Then revisit the Windows Update web site.
