Rebuilding my Win XP Pro SP3 desktop.

I need the CyberPower Personal Panel.

Google take me to Cyberpower BUT the initial page talks about Win XP
BUT the downlaod page says Win 7 and beyond, not Win XP.

So where do I find the version for Win XP ?

No mention of what is the URL to the Cyberpower page that Google found
for you. What it the following page?

https://www.cyberpowersystems.com/products/software/

Clicking "Learn more" shows Windows XP is not listed. That is for
version 2.12. You did not state which version you are using on Windows
XP. You have to search for a download of the old version from
elsewhere. Include the old version number in the search. Try searching
on "cyberpower panel oldversion windows xp". I did the search:

https://www.google.com/search?q=cybe...nel+windows+xp

and it found as the 2nd hit:

https://www.cyberpower.com/ww/en/software/sku5

It lists both the 1.6.3 and 2.1.2 versions. Although Windows XP is not
listed for the 1.6.3 version, it might work on Windows XP. You did not
mention your version, so I could not include it in a search.

BUT the initial page talks about Win XP
BUT the downlaod page says Win 7 and beyond, not Win XP.

https://www.cyberpowersystems.com/pr...sonal-windows/

Use the Support tab to get a web form to ask them for help finding the
old version.

https://www.cyberpowersystems.com/resources-landing/

You could try there by specifying product or series that matches your
so-far-unidentified UPS.

Not a valid signature (which starts with just the line "dash dash space
newline", not with "dash dash dash space spamstring newline").

I found a copy here. The 7MB download at the bottom of the page.

https://web.archive.org/web/20170420...n-for-windows/

pppe162-setup.exe 7,856,320 bytes

A quick check with 7ZIP, shows some files inside with a year 2000
date, which seems a bit weird for a download in the year 2017.
It's possible those files are part of some "compatibility"
solution.

That page also has three PDF documents.

*******

The previous lead-in page says:

https://web.archive.org/web/20170610...anel-personal/

"PowerPanel Personal Edition
Description: Compatible with Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7,
Windows Vista, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2008.
Language: English
Operating System: Windows
Software Version: 1.6.2
"

The newer version supports fewer OSes.

V 1.6.2 works on Win XP.
Later version does not.

I tried both.
