Default BOOTVIS trace no longer working

-----Original Message-----
Hello -
I can no longer access any of the trace tools from

bootvis.
The "optimize" part works OK.
When I select Trace/Next boot I get a message box that

says
"to select traces, the folder D:\bootvis-tool must have

write
permissions"
Huh? This is a folder on a fat32 drive.
There are no "permissions"

What's it talking about? It used to work,
I tried it aggain after not running it for months, now it

does this.
I suspect something from windowsupdate broke it, but who

knows?

Dave
.

Create a new folder on c: and place bootvis in there and
run it.
