Default I CAN'T CHANGE THE LOGON!!!

I WANT TO CHANGE THE CLASSIC LOGON PROMPT TO THE
WELCOME SCREEN. I TRY TO ON GOING TO CONTROL PANEL-USER
ACCOUNTS-CHANGE THE WAY USERS LOG ON OR OFF AND I CHECK
THE BOX AND CLICK ON THE BOTTOM OF "APPLY OPTIONS" BUT
IT DOESN'T CHANGE AT ALL... I DON'T KNOW HOW CAN I
CHANGE? CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME OUT HERE????????

5 Steps to computer safety:

Start/Control Panel/Users/Change the Way users log on or off/Use Welcome
Screen and Use Fast User Switching.

Enable the Welcome Screen (Line 80)
