Where does Opera store the unique device_id (& subscriber id?) on Windows?

It seemed to me this is the process (please correct where I err):
1. You download Opera for on Windows:
http://www.opera.com/download/get/?p...opsys=Windows\
2. You install Opera on Windows, which creates:
C:\Users\whoami\AppData\Local\Opera Software\
C:\Users\whoami\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\
3. You check the enable-VPN button to connect to the SurfEasy VPN
4. Opera servers generate a sequential "Subscriber-ID" unique to your setup
5. Opera servers hand that unique "Subscriber-ID" to SurfEasy servers
6. SurfEasy servers generate a unique "device_id" for your setup
7. SurfEasy servers transmit that unique "device_id" to your browser
8. Your browser stores that unique SurfEasy "device_id" on your system.
9. Your browser stores the unique Opera "subscriber-id" on your system.
10. These are transmitted each time you connect to the SurfEasy VPN server

But where are they stored on Windows?

Could the "device_id" & "Subscriber-ID" be stored here on Windows?
C:\Users\whoami\AppData\Local\Opera Software\
..\Cache\
..\Certificate Revocation Info\
..\Media Cache\

Each of which seems to have the following files with the same timestamp:
..\data_0
..\data_1
..\data_2
..\data_3
..\index

It may be that the device_id (or subscriber id) is in these files but they
are scrambled eggs inside a Windows text editor.

Where does Opera store the unique device_id (& subscriber id?) on Windows?
