Default Start-up Problems and History

There's a built-in Windows program that records and shows the history of
problems on a PC. It's not the Performance monitor, but similar- it had a
timeline at the top (by date), and had a red x under each date if there was
a problem, and a description of the problem below. It made for a nice
troubleshooting tool. Can anyone help me out here? Or is this too vague? I
just used it about a month ago, but my memory ain't so great either :-(
TIA!

I guess it's "ZUverläsigkeitsverlauf anzeigen" (sorry, I know it only
in german).

But your can start it with perfmon /rel as it is part of the program
performance monitor in a cmd Windows or just in the searchbar (dont
know, how you call it in english).

Google translates "ZUverläsigkeitsverlauf anzeigen" as "Show reliability
history", which is close enough to trigger my faulty memory :-) It's the
Reliability Monitor in Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Security and
Maintenance\Reliability Monitor.

Danke!! (That's it, all the German I know)

I forgot to add- it also starts with "perfmon /rel" like you posted.

Thanks again!
