Windows XP SP2

I am logged on to my comp with Admin abilities and when I down load and
install service pack 2, I get a message; You do not have permission to update
Windows XP - Please contact your systems administrator. How do I get around
this problem?

I did the search in the registry log for the error as stated in the
workaround and the "DoRegistryUpdates failed" error does not appear. The
error is not "Access is denied", I receive a error of "You do not have
permission to update Windows XP - Please see your administrator" Towards the
bottom of the "svcpack log" you can see the attemps to install SP 2 with the
results shown.(log attached, see below).
Do you have any other suggestions?
