Greetings Gail,
Putting your e-mail and previous posts together here, I'm not exactly sure why you're getting the Passport sign-in box when you go to "My Recent Documents". However, I'm curious to what happens if you use the "normal" method to remove the Recent documents? To do so, right-click the Start button, choose Properties, make sure that 'Start menu' (not Classic) is chosen, then choose the Customize button, then click the Advanced tab, and under Recent Documents, click the 'Clear List' button. ____________________________________________ Jonathan Kay Windows MVP, Messenger Associate Expert http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/ Messenger Resources - http://messenger.jonathankay.com "Gail" wrote in message ...
