Default customize language

Hi I just bought win xp home (nl version). But I wonder if
it is possible to change it to fr? I'm not meaning change
the keyboard language but the general language. Is there a
pack or a service pack that does this ? In fact at the
buying I didn't looked at the language version! And now I
can't change it in the market because I opened the box.

Hello Xander,

[Start] | Settings | Control Panel |
| Regional and Language Options |

If you are unable to change "the general language"
there, then you will need to purchase "Windows XP"
in the language that you require.

The Windows XP MUI is not available through retail
channels. Full details on
Windows Multilanguage User Interface (MUI) Version,
Windows XP Professional Language Interface Pack (LIP)
at the Windows MUI/LIP Knowledge Center
