How do I resolve this error on Startup of XP SP3?

Sounds like you've picked up some malware since a Google search for that
file brings no results. Do the normal scanning:

Completed to paragraph C. Scanning for non-viral malware item 3. If the
malware remains....

Nothing found but the error remains on boot up. The HD is constantly
running causing lengthy delays and crashes when working in almost any
program. I guess it is on to the HIJackThis strategy.
