Default Trojan?

What on earth is InstallHelper.exe. I've run scans until I'm blue in the
face, and using a Dr. something AV 1-time scan this came up on the thorough
scan. I didn't on OneCare, or TrendMicro, or AVG, and there's little in
HijackThis and nothing to fret about.

Not sure this is even an infection. Nothing on MS website about it, only in
Google and that wasn't very clear to a novice on infections.

XP Pro, IE7 (when this all began). All updates current.

I Googled it (as did everyone who has replied) and it's obvious that
it's NOT an infection. Most hits say it's a QuickCam or Acer process.

Don't worry about it.

If it's a running process that you can disable in MSCONFIG, do that
and see what doesn't work.
