Messenger won't let me into my hotmail inbox

Hello all.

I can send messages fine on messenger version 4.7.0.2009.
But when I click on the link to read mail in my hotmail
inbox, I am prompted for infinity to re-enter my password,
and never to actually get into my inbox.

I am using a Zone alarm pro with web filtering firewall.

Any suggestions??

David, I have a simular problem with messenger, it tells
me that I have email but when I click onto the open email
short cut in messenger all I get is a blank ie6 screen???

If youre password contains upper case characters, please try logging in with
all lower case characters and see if that fixes the problem.
