Covid-19 - aka Chinese Virus - aka CoronaVirus

If it is proved conclusively that the virus was created in Chinese labs
to attack the USA for imposing tariffs on Chinese good, can anything be
done against the Chinese government without resorting to military action?

Cyber attack won't work because the Chinese are very well protected;
Boycott of Chinese goods won't work either because Europe & USA relies
on cheap Chinese goods. UK hasn't got any factories to manufacture
consumer goods. Most of the stuff is imported and this has affected
shops running out of normal goods because greedy people are buying more
than they can consume in a 6 weeks time period. Most of the goods
bought by people is likely to be thrown away according to experts.
People have bought nearly 1 billion worth of goods in the last 5 days..
The world has gone crazy!!

It looks like the Chinese experiment has gone horribly wrong (assuming
this was a deliberate attempt by their scientists) because the entire
world is now struggling to control it. India is in total lockdown today
for 24 hours to see if India can cope with such actions in the future.

Danny from Australia tells me that the first person to die of this virus
was a US soldier!! based somewhere in South East Asia. I didn't know
about this.

One other thing to consider is that black people don't get this virus.
I haven't seen or heard of any black person catching this virus in
Europe. Perhaps, they don't report widely about the racial distribution
of patients.

It could have been the other way around. The USA may have wanted to
sabotage the Chinese economy.
