Here we go again was "Thunderbird suddenly doesn't work for gmail ... any ideas?"

It happened again this morning, can't use TB to access gmail accounts.
As I mentioned before, we do send out mailing to about 16 people as we
are church musicians and the 16 people are singers the choir. As you
can imagine, with cancellation of church services, there has been
several, what I call, non mass mailings to 16 people. Plus, there have
been a bunch of replies. I will not try to fix this right now, but just
wait it out for a day. Last time it fixed in about 24 hours, so maybe
it will be the same now. If it does come back tomorrow, I will change
my outgoing server to something other than google.

It’s not Thunderbird, it’s Gmail. I have seen this with Apple Mail (on
Mac and iPad), with MS Outlook (on Mac, iPad, Win7, Win8.x, Win10) and with
Win Mail, as well as with Thunderbird. I always found it amazing how when one
client isn’t working, others are... usually. Google babbles about T-bird,
Outlook, Apple Mail, Win Mail áre not secure’. I used to have a Gmail
account. I don’t any more, they were being too annoying, culminating in
their deciding that because I dared to use Outlook I must not really be the
‘owner’ of the account. It was simpler to move all the mail (I had it set
up IMAP, so I had everything I wanted to keep alreadu on my local system) to
a new, non Google account. You might think about doing the same.

can do to get gmail to quit this nonsense? I'm really not a spammer.

Do you still get a timeout? Or something different? Still no message
from Google in the Gmail inbox (in webmail)?

Did you already change your outgoing SMTP server to something other
than Gmail?

You have been told several times that you can either hire a technician
who can fix your problem or you could use Google's own forums and their
technician can fix the problem for free.

The chances are because of your low intelligence, you are prepared to
come here for months and cry about something that no person of sound
mind would tolerate for so long.

If you have serious mental problem then your only option is to see a
psychiatrist as they are better place to treat you. The problem you are
likely to face is that because of Chinese Virus, they may not be able to
see for the next 6 months so this gives you an alibi to come here and
make fool of yourself.

The daily limit is 500 emails per account. See this link:

If you want more than this limit then you need to create Google Group.

Limits for sending and receiving emails

You may see this message if you send an email to a total of more than
500 recipients in a single email and or more than 500 emails sent in a
day.

When you see this error, you should be able to send emails again
within 1 to 24 hours.

To prevent this from happening in the future, try creating a Google
Group of all your email recipients and sending the message to that
group's email address.

Yes to both. I am getting my email by using gmail's on-line interface
through my browser. I haven't gotten anything from google. Maybe it
got caught in their spam filter! LOL.

It looks like that you are still not able to solve this problem so tell
us how much are you willing to pay so that I can solve this for you once
and for all?

Let us know here. My charges start at $100.00 per hour (special
Covid-19 price!!) and this can be solved within an hour including
testing of sending 500 emails to all the spammers around the world.
