Default Video Card Software not loading correctly

The office computer consultant loaded ATI FirePro 8.54 drivers on top of
old driver. ATI cautions about doing this. I unloaded the driver &
software through control panel and dummy me cleaned out ATI description
out of the registry. After reinstall of FirePro 8.54 drivers &
software, the error msg are 'MOM.Implementation' or dependencies missing
or 'CTI.Implementation' or dependencies missing.

Is there a way to replace or rebuild the dependencies. The video card
is a ATI FireGL Z1 with AGP and 2 DVI.
