Default Babylon.js and Visual Studio 2019 version 16.5

You might have missed this but babylon.js was updated on 27th February
2020. It's worth linking to it and see what new features it has got.

Microsoft has updated its repository as well and pushed through Visual
Studio 2019 and 2017 updates.

You may know this but Visual Studio is at version 16.5.0.
