Default uninstall problem

I hope someone can help. I have a program that I cant uninstall. I have
tried registry fix and have gotten rid of all unnesseccary files. I
then tried safe mode and it wouldnt work, it said the program couldnt
be uninstalled because there was a problem with the add remove
programs.
Please help. i have tried re-instaling the program too and that doesnt
work.

Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 is the name of the program.

Default uninstall problem

Okay, so now we have a little mess. If it was me, I would use the WI cleanup utility
to get rid of anything you may have missed.
Then I would reinstall the application to the original location.
Then I would attempt to remove the same via add and remove.
Of course, rebooting in between each step (may be an over kill but that's what I
would do).
