Default "Loading PBR for descriptor 2...done" message after WinXP install

I have a Dell Inspiron 1150 and after I installed WinXP SP2 I noticed
the flash message "Loading PBR for descriptor 2...done" to the screen
right before the WinXP boot login logo. Does PBR have something to do
with the primary boot record? WinXP desktop loads and nothing seems to
be wrong with the machine. I just don't member seeing this message
before the install of WinXP SP2. Can someone tell me is this something
I should worry about? Is this a result of something XP SP2 did?
