Default Customizing Microsoft Password Messages

Is it possible to customize the message that appears that states that the
user's password is going to expire in some number of days. Our organization
has a password reset application that allows a user to set all their
passwords through the application. We would like to change the message that
says "Your password will expire in 7 (or whatever) days. Would you like to
change it now." to something like "Your password will expire in 7 days.
Please use our special password application to reset your passwords.
Selecting OK will only update your primary lan password." Additionally, we
would like to change the message that states "Your password has been
successfully changed" to add some words to remind the users to reset their
other passwords as well.
