Default Guest account downloads?

According to Microsoft, the guest account should not allow users to delete
files or download files. Only my nanny uses the guest account, and she has
downloaded programs. I also tested out the guest account, and I am able to
delete critical files as well as download programs. This is unacceptable and
should not even be possible, if XP had the protection that it claims to.
Other than disabling the guest account, can I limit the guest account's
ability?

Unless you need the Guest account for networking purposes in XP Home,
then yes, disable it. The name "Guest" account is a complete misnomer,
it was NOT designed to be used by casual users. Create a Limited user
account and call it "Visitor" or something similar for casual users.
