Access to "Task Manager" (short-cut)

NatureTask Manager

Besides "Ctrl-Alt-Delete", is there another way to access this program..
Such as clicking on an icon, etc.? I found the (exe.) Taskman in the Windows
folder, but clicking on it does nothing. Any suggestions?
