Default System locks up

JACK JACK JACK: Cool your jets. So,you can think faster
than your computer. Join the club. I call it molasses in
its system which seems to occur with more coffee or grape
product in my system. Reboot the system and see how it
changes. Every time you leave a site without letting it
load fully, the unit holds it and slows down. I don't know
your brand but I bet they have a great site to addess
this. Clear your temp files and out dated restore
points ,run a defrag, stop all unnecessary progs on
startup, modify your visual effects, cut the junk out of
your registry and take out the progs you don't use
regularly. There now, don't you feel better?

I see this is happening with quite a few people-

Sometimes
my system runs slow and mostly locks up after three to
seven tasks. I do the ctrl alt del and see my cpu usage
is at 100%. I don't see replys on this newsgroup so if
any one has an answer, please email me.
Jack
