To JonathanKay - follow up to previous Messenger error issue

Jonathan - we were working out an error box prob and you had helped me a lot. I had read your instructions and posted this back:

Rats! Followed your script. Msmsgs was not running. D/Ld and installed.
Just as the install ended, tthe same error box appeared. I dismissed it.
Went to Start Run msmgs -- same result. Error box and no launch. Have
another suggestion?

But this may have gotten lost in the shuffle. Any input/feedback on the above would be appreciated.
