I can not find any reference to it in any help files on

machine. In the properties dialog, it's described as a
client server runtime process. A different file but with
the same name is a known worm. Discussed in the above
mentioned thread. Does anyone know what the legitimate
version of this file does? I think it has some
association
with messages.
