Default Computer shut down automatically error mesage

Here is the error mesage I get when my computer shut downs automatically
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
0X000000 D1 (0xE29b93D4, 0x000000FF,0x00000000,0xFF8AF65E)
PLEASE HELP!
