Cannot uninstall any programs

I cannot uninstall any programs from add/remove programs. All programs are there and I can see when they were used last and how freequently they were used but no Change/Remove button is available. I even tried in Safe Mode. I looked for unknown software or services loading with AVG, Spybot, Ad-aware, MSCONFIG, and Services but nothing is there. Any suggestions? Hello, Check this link.
