Cannot network XP on a Win 98 Workgroup

Default Cannot network XP on a Win 98 Workgroup

I am trying to add an XP (home addition) laptop to a W98 workgroup. The xp
laptop cannot see the workgroup and the w98 pc's cannot see the xp laptop. I
used the network wizard to add the xp laptop to the existing network but
cannot establish a connection. I receive the error message the tahe laptop
may not have permissions to see the network. Can any one here give me any
guidance as to how i might solve this probloem
