Default clear type

I have asked this question before but the help I received either did not
answer my question or possibly there was an error on my part but I will
restate my question as clear as I can.

An XP Pro machine that I would like whenever anyone logs in the Use the
following method to smooth edges of screen fonts is enable with clear type.
Right now anyone that logs in has to initially change that setting in
display properties. I would like to change that so that clear type is the
default setting so that users can benefit from that without having to make
the change themselves. I was directed to Kellys-korner but that seemed to
only work on only the person who was logged in at the time. Looking for any
help here on this.

Thanks,

Mark
