Default Netmeeting directories and calls

I was finally able to place a call with the other party's
ip address (sent to me in email) but I still cannot view
anything in the ils.netmeetinghq.com directory. I am
logged onto that directory then when I try to 'find
someone' the screen either remains blank or I get an
error that there was trouble connecting to the
directory. My History displays properly for calls made
and received.

I have XP and a logitech Pro 400 cam that I use with

response then returns msg that the person did not

reply.
This same person can call me and when I accept, we have
no trouble with video or voice in netmeeting.

How are you attempting to call the other party? Is it

possible they are
behind a router or firewall?

Also when I attempt to search the ils.netmeetinghg
directory, I cannot connect or see any contacts even

tho
I am 'logged on'. Help

How are you searching the directory ( btw it is

ils.netmeetinghq.com ) -- I
can both login and view the directory in NetMeeting.
