Default problem with web page

I wonder if anyone can help with a web page the wife is trying to access on
the home pc, but it wont display.
It will work if we access the page using our mobile phones, using the 3G or
whatever it called, internet facility?
I have tried turning of zonealarm, and the anti virus, but no joy
The page is
http://www.agra-mant.ru

Its safe, not a spam or anything, its something to do with christening
clothes.

We are running XP Pro, all updates and service packs.
Thanks
Bob UK

Works OK for me, Bob!

Why would you turn OFF your AV before visiting a Russian web site?

Try using a different browser. I suggest Google Chrome

Thanks.
Strange, the page comes up, but when I click on any of the links, nothing,
wont go anywhere.
I know what you mean about Russian sites, but the enemy is from there, so
her browsing is innocent.
I use IE, don't really want to change, any clues as to why I have a problem
welcome.

I'm in Scotland. Using IE8 I only see part of the page. Using Firefox V11
I see all of it - with eg pictures of clothes. I've not tried clicking any
links.

That's a seriously bad idea.

All the links I've tried worked for me!

You can have more than one browser on your computer - you don't have to
change permanently! Best to eliminate a browser problem before digging
deeper, IMO.
