Default Windows XP and Access97 license

Hi,
I run a Dell Dimension 8250
Windows XP 5.1.2600 Service Pack 1
and Office XP Profesional.
I need to install Access 97 and have a licence for it.
When doing so, the installation is successfull but when I
try to start Access 97 I get the error message:

Microsoft Access can't start because there is no license
for it on this machine.

I have the same configuration running sucessfully on
other hardware.

Any help?
Thanks
Josch
