Default Basic Imaging Utility ?

Long term paid ShadowProtect user for System images.

Also a paid Macrium 6 user for daily Data backups.

Seem to have run out of luck with ShadowProtect's licensing scheme and
it looks to me like I am in the same boat with my paid version of
Macrium Reflect.

I have multiple PCs and my SOP when setting up a new PC is to install
ShadowProtect on it, create an image of the System drive, and then move
on.

Seems like I have been skating along on ShadowProtect's 30-day trial
feature and my luck has run out.... Still have the official version on
my 24-7 PC, but SP isn't buying it when I try to back up my latest new
PC.

I need something that I can install here-and-there without worrying
about some limit on the number of installs.

I probably use about 1% of ShadowProtect's features...
Maybe 2% of Macrium's.

All I need are images... no incremental backups.

Requirements:

- Installable on multiple machines without purchasing
a license for each machine

- Can be run while Windows is up and running.

i.e. need to be able to TeamViewer or RemoteDesktop
into the machine and create a System image without
going to the place where the PC is.

- Resulting image can be browsed and files recovered.

This is because my self-imposed discipline of "No
data on the System drive" breaks down sometimes and
I forget and leave something on the Windows Desktop
and then re-image....

Macrium Free is the first thing that comes to mind, but I
have no clue as to it's real-world usability as per above.

Recommendations ?

I like Macrium Free. EaseTodoUS is good, never tested a reload though. Acronis is good, some people hate it but I've
got 2014 and it has never failed my usage.
