They are shown at the bottom of this page:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/servicesagreement

For the life of me, though, I cannot spot Answers.Microsoft

Can YOU see that facility listed?

It *does* exist! http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/page/gettingstarted

Can YOU think of any reason why 'Answers' should NOT be covered by the
Microsoft Services Agreement?

It could be because answers are given mostly by octogenarians and
demented runners from the geriatric hospitals. These people are not
employed by Microsoft. Do you not think this could be one of the
plausible reasons?

No. Thanks anyway! ;-)

"Firstly, as you now know, the answers.ms.whatever site is not
necessarily run by Microsoft; it appears that they're the ones who are
not happy with you and your questions. Trying to get answers from
Microsoft people/tech support/forum admins/moderators will be to no
avail since it seems that several of the 'MS forums' do not actually
belong to MS and are not run by them, just a company ....

...... *using access to the MS user login system* to provide the
appearance of an 'integrated' and joined-up group of forums etc.

The only people able to give you the answer you require are the ones
deliberately NOT doing so... ie the admins at answers.microsoft
I very much doubt that they can be 'forced' to give you a truthful reply
and it is highly unlikely that admins and moderators on other areas of
the 'MS' support machine will have access to the facilities at
answers.microsoft. Consequently they will be unable to examine the user
account database or manipulate it in any way."

=

*Is it possible* to piggy-back onto the MS log-in system as intimated?

Hackers can do all sorts of things nowadays, so perhaps that is a
possibility. Maybe someone else will comment.

This might be a good thread to post about on the Microsoft Answers
forum! I wonder if there would be any response there. Hmmmmm.
