Default wtf? is "revocation of site"?

I clicked on something in windows explorer and this notice suddenly
appears.
There was a button on it which said "path" so I clicked to see if it would
show a source.
The bottom entry was "skydrive.live.com" and above that "microsoft".
I also noticed that suddenly some files were not showing when they had been
there an hour ago.
WTF is M$ up to now?
