Default Keyboard shortcut to the links bar in wnidows explorer

In Windows Explorer (not IE), I have the Links toolbar displayed. I can use
my mouse to click on it to quickly navigate to the folder shortcuts. How can
I use my keyboard to navigate to this Links bar?

I can go to the address bar by doing Alt+d. I then try to tab to the Links
bar but it won't go there.
